Shipments and returns Policy

1. Shipping

Mydailyshop provides free shipping on a lot of products. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post parcel Post or couriers like Fastway, Courier Please, Toll, TNT etc. If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. All shipments are trackable with exception of small packages.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

2. Warranty Claims

Mydailyshop offers a 12 month repair warranty on all products for techinical faults. The customer should contact Mydailyshop via customer service of any warranty claims.

Where repairs are not possible, we will provide a replacement for the products.

No refunds will be provided for normal wear & tear and damages due to customer's fault.

3. Change of mind returns

Mydailyshop will provide change of mind refunds as per below criteria:

   a) Full refunds will be given if the order is cancelled before the goods have been dispatched.

   b) Partial refunds will be given if the change of mind occurs after the goods have been dispatched. The customer must pay all shipping and other costs related to the purchase.

   c) No change of mind refunds will be given after 7 days of purchase.

4. Damaged or faulty returns

Mydailyshop will provide refunds for damaged or faulty goods as per below criteria:

  a) Mydailyshop will provide full refund or credit at customer's choice if the goods were received damaged or faulty. The customer must notify Mydailyshop as soon as possible and within 14 days via our customer service.

     We may request pictures of products for damage.

     Mydailyshop will not pay for damages due to customer's fault.

  b) Products received more than 30 days will not be entitled to a refund but may be entitled to warranty as per manufacturer's warranty.

  c) No refunds will be provided for normal wear & tear and damages due to customer's fault.
